Beachside Villas 1132

Come get away from it all in Beautiful Seagrove Beach! This beautifully furnished and recently updated condo is sure to please!!! This unit is just next door to one of the 2 pools and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach! The complex also boasts tennis and shuffle board courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

  Great location for a family vacation! The unit has a great view of the gulf, but unfortunately, that will soon go away since they are building a house there! So I hope they update the pics/info so others won't be disappointed once the view changes. They were putting in the pilings while we were there. Even without the nice gulf view, the unit is nice and a short walk to the beach. Love how the unit is set off 30A a little bit- nice and quiet. We loved that the unit was right next to the small pool- the pool didn't get much use, so sometimes it was like our own private swimming pool right next to the condo!

  This condo has one of the best views in Beachside Villas! The gorgeous view and the proximity to the second, less crowded pool makes this unit very desirable. There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out when needed and come together to share meals. We loved the updated kitchen and nice pantry space. Check in and out was a breeze, and the management company was very friendly.
  
  We were a bit disappointed by the low quality mattresses and scratchy sheets. Fortunately we went to bed so tired each night it wasn't as much of a factor as we first anticipated. We were also disappointed by the pots and pans. They were so old and warped that cooking was difficult.
  
  All in all, we were well-pleased with our vacation and would recommend this condo to other vacationers!

  At a busy time on 30a, this unit was a welcome, quiet retreat with a nice view and fabulous location. Plenty of room for us and three teenagers plus grandpa. Walk to beach is easy. The fixtures and decor is aging a little, but the beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. Unit had what we needed and management was GREAT to work with. Bathroom layout is very good with toilet and sink for every bedroom and 1 shared shower between 2 plus master bath. Huge closets that served as dressing rooms. Sliding screen doors were a little sticky, but not really an issue. Deck furniture could use updating. One suggestion might be to add the key pad instead of keys for locking the doors -- easier to run back and forth from beach. We rented bikes from Yellowfin (they are awesome!) and rode to state park and Seaside lots.
